The House Authority Inspection Service, LLC was founded in May of 2001 by Troy Roarke with the belief that he could make a difference in the Home Inspection Industry. Troy believes in giving his clients a non biased opinion good or bad of the home they are in the process of purchasing, no gimmicks, no unethical practices, no kick backs, with competitive rates and above all else excellent customer service. The House Authority stands behind the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI).
Customer Service includes such practices of always answering the phone, available 7 days a week, guaranteed service, being on time and being there for the client 5, 10, 20 years later when there is a need. This is why each client receives a lifetime of FREE phone consultation for the time they are in the home inspected. The House Authority schedules the inspections so the client receives the time necessary to have a good understanding of the condition of the property. First time buyers receive extra time or as much time as neccesary to understand the importance of maintenance and the condition of their new home.

We believe in abiding by the American Society of Home Inspectors Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. The House Authority Inspection Service, LLC doesn't have any relationships with venders that do repairs or can benefit from defects found in an inspection report. The confidentiality of the report is of great importance to The House Authority.

Troy Roarke, Owner and Operator. Troy is a graduate of Flagler College located in St. Augustine, FL and has completed the Home Inspection Training Course delivered by Inspection Training Associates in Tampa, FL. Trained by the best Mark Cramer and Steve Gladstone former ASHI Presidents were hands on in the development of Troy's inspecting skills. Troy has been Certified by ITA to perform Mold Assessments and Air Quality Sampling, Mold Sampling and has also been Certified to perform Pool & Spa Inspections. Troy has the following credentials; BA Degree Business Administration, OSHA Compliance Certification Specializing in Construction and Environmental Health & Safety, Home Inspectors Certifications, Certified Mold Inspector/Surveyor - Sampler, Certified Pool & Spa Inspector, and Certified Wind Mitigation Inspector from the Uuniversity of Florida. Troy was previously 13 years of Facility and Project Management Experience with AutoNation and ANC Corporation overseeing all projects and facilities with the Rental Car Division in North Florida (This included on airport and off airport renovation and construction projects), ASHI Member, NAHI Member and Thousands of Home and Commercial Inspections under his belt.
